I agree that this is a great idea. It would be a lot of fun and quite a thrill. Unfortunately a trip to Nashville is not in the budget at this time. Especially seeing that the wife wouldn't really be involved as she isn't quite at the sharing stage yet. If you guys get this going and it's successful maybe that could lead to some more regional type meet ups. That could work. Anyway, I hope this works out for a group of you. Let us know how it goes.

This sounds like a very hot idea.  The freedom to be around some like-minded folks openly wanking away is a huge turn-on.   

Suggestions from what I've read around the web the past few years:

  1.  No booze or drugs.  Not that I don't mind a drink now and then, but I wouldn't even consider attending an event like this where there was either.  Things just seem to happen. 

  2.  Plenty of towels.  You may even want to make it a requirement that every guest bring one bath size and one hand towel.

And I think a video corner with a cam into the forum would be cool.  Folks could avoid or utilize based on their own preferences or momentary horniness.

Video corner:  Awesome idea!  I'll make a special "O Meetup" chat user for the group to use.  Having a "corner cam" will give anyone in the room the option of getting on cam anytime they want.  Would also be really cool to hookup the cam laptop to the room TV or a projector (I'll bring my projector to the Nashville event), so everyone in the room can easily see the chat screen.  And with some creative/dim lighting, we could maybe even show a larger area - without faces being visible.
