Here's another clip from the UK telly show Sex: How to Do Everything.  This one is rather shocking, so to speak.  The curious couple tries out a Violet Wand, which is a device that puts out low current, high voltage, high-frequency electricity via a Tesla coil, emitting sparks of various colors (most commonly purple, red, blue or pink) that can be used to stimulate the skin.  It was "originally sold as a supposed medical device claimed to be useful in electrotherapy, though, since the 1990s, it has been used by some into BDSM sex as a sexual stimulation device."

Really I think if y0u already 0wn this unit, just start 0n l0w.  The BF and i have an electrical egg with all different kinds 0f settings.  It was uper fun just trying t0 learn h0w t0 use it.  But seriusly whether y0u have a partner 0r n0t start 0n l0w as p0ssible and w0rk y0ur way up very sl0wly.  Y0u'll find y0ur gr00ve easier that way, and i f0und that it d0esnt take much t0 make it fr0m great t0 Mg turn it 0ff.  have fun.

Almost bought a violet wand, years ago. When I finally had enough money to get it, the place had sold it and couldn't get any more. 

On the tens I agree about trying it slowly at first. Adjusting the frequency and pulse width is also fun. When you're not alone, put on patch on her back and one on his back. Intercourse gets real tingly! I recommend not kissing when using the tens, as it can be very unpleasant.

i need to point out the health hazard related to this kind of toys.
even if high frequency currents aren't painful, it doesn't mean they're harmless.
and discharging 2 electric arcs trough someone's eyes, as shown in the video, looks like a particularly bad idea.

also, the spark discharge in the air produces ozone, nitrous oxides and various radicals, so it isn't healthy to use this contraption without proper aeration.
