I think that Sal is probably right though unfortunately, many women are uncomfortable with their labia. This is probably yet another negative consequence of people talking about sexual issues as much as we should. I'm sure that vast majority of men are like myself: I love all sizes and shapes of labia, each vulva is different and special, but I don't think that many women ever hear opinions about this. I wish that people would be more happy with being unique than trying to be like someone else, when there's actually nothing wrong with them in the first place.

I know that with some woman, there is an issue of chafing and pulling because of the size. I am hesitant to recommend any plastic surgery especially to your soft fleshy bits with out a medical cause.
